Pay Vendor Fees - Holiday Exhibit

The Holiday Exhibit is scheduled to begin 11.26.16 and will run until 1.21.17. 

The Holiday Exhibit will be set up as an indoor gallery exhibit and pop up for 2 full months. The consignment split will be 70% to the vendor and 30% split between the LBIF and MakeShift Union. Holiday Exhibit vendors are not required to attend the Night Market, however participation is encouraged. 

Vendors must drop off their inventory no later than 11/24 and pick up no later than 1/23/17. There will be one point of sale system during the 2 month consignment period run by the LBIF. There will be one consignment pay out, no later than 2/1/17. 
 

LBIF will provide a table for those who do not have wall art, however vendors are welcome to bring any displays they prefer to use. 


*A 50% refund will be given if a vendor cancels before NOVEMBER 1st with confirmed receipt of email correspondence. After 11/1, all vendor fees are non-refundable.     

The MakeShift Union and LBIF are not responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the vendor and his/her property while said persons are on the festival premises or during arrival/departure there from.
